The athletic pages will reopen when school resumes!
Lincoln HI High School has
been known for their top-notch athletic program.
Headed by Athletic Director Craig Midtaune,
Lincoln HI has had several school milestones.
Some of such include 6 straight girls basketball
conference championships, eight 1,000 point
scorers, and much more. Lincoln HI sports
is
paired with Lake Benton School in the 2007-2008
school year. Football and
girls basketball will be in Ivanhoe and volleyball and
boys basketball will be in Lake Benton. For
more information please check out the Minnesota
High School League Website.

Lincoln HI has been paired with Lake Benton for five years now
for football. They will be looking to bounce back after a string of less
than stellar seasons. They will be counting on a strong upcoming group of
young players.

The 2007 Lincoln HI/Lake Benton volleyball team will be led by
a large group of seniors that got valuable experience last year playing as
juniors. They will also be relying on some B-team players to step up.

Headed by Instructor Carol Wersal, the Lincoln HI Cheerleading
team has shown our school's true school spirit at games. Even when our
teams our losing, you can still hear them cheering!

The Rebels will have to fill a large void left by last year's
senior class as they lose nine seniors. There is a large senior class
coming up from the B-team that will have break into the roles left by last
year's seniors.

After somewhat of a let down last year the rebels will try to
return to the top of the conference. As with the volleyball team, the
upcoming seniors got a lot of experience last year and will have to be the
leaders now.

The Lincoln HI golf team is one of the Camden Conference's
premier golf teams. Loosing only 2 of their starting golfers, the Rebel
golf team is favorite for winning conference in the upcoming season.

The CML (Canby, Minneota, Lincoln) team has been known for
fast runners. Making endless trips to state, CML will most likely be a favorite
this year. The Lincoln HI track team has been making progress in various
events and hopes to continue the progress.

Although Lincoln HI has not been known for baseball, this may
all change in the coming season.
This sport is a joint effort of Lincoln County
Schools (Lincoln HI, Lake Benton, RTR)

As with baseball, softball is not familiar ground with Lincoln HI. Will they
be able to pull together and deliver this year?
